Fiona’s journey is truly inspiring! Born in the UK to Jamaican parents, she has beautifully blended her heritage into her work as a spoken word artist and author. Her storytelling through poetry and spoken word is a powerful way to share her experiences and emotions, and most importantly to be an inspiration to others.

She is a creative at heart with deep love and appreciation for nature, traveling and music. She founded Caribbean Vibes Radio in 2004, which became an additional outlet to promote her work.

Having balanced life between the United States and Jamaica for over four decades, Fiona has now chosen to make Jamaica home! She continues to write and engage in numerous business ventures where her work continues to be a testament to the power of creativity, cultural connection and spiritual grounding.
